About the Role:
WGMI Labs is seeking a talented and experienced Bubble.io Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying no-code applications using the Bubble.io platform. You will work closely with our product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to turn client ideas into fully functional software products. This role requires a deep understanding of Bubble.io's capabilities, as well as the ability to integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance the functionality of the applications you build.
As a Bubble.io Developer at WGMI Labs, you will play a critical role in helping non-technical founders bring their software ideas to life quickly and cost-effectively. You will be involved in all stages of the development process, from initial concept and design to final deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy no-code applications using the Bubble.io platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather requirements and translate them into functional and scalable applications.
- Create custom workflows, databases, and integrations within Bubble.io to meet the specific needs of each project.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of Bubble.io applications.
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability, ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues within the Bubble.io platform, providing timely solutions to ensure the stability and reliability of the applications.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation for all projects, including workflows, database structures, and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the no-code space and Bubble.io platform, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our processes and applications.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience developing applications using Bubble.io or similar no-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of Bubble.io’s features, including database management, custom workflows, and API integrations.
- Experience integrating third-party services and APIs with Bubble.io applications.
- Solid understanding of web development principles, including responsive design and user experience best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Passion for no-code development and a desire to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Compensation:
✅ Target base salary of $55,000 - $65,000
💰 Performance-based bonuses and incentives.
What Your First 90 Days Will Look Like:
- Within 30 Days: Get familiar with WGMI Labs' development processes, tools, and current projects. Begin contributing to ongoing Bubble.io development tasks and start working on smaller features or enhancements.
- Within 60 Days: Take full ownership of Bubble.io development projects, leading the creation of custom applications and integrations that meet client requirements.
- Within 90 Days: Achieve a deep understanding of our no-code development standards and processes, consistently deliver high-quality applications that exceed client expectations, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our development practices.
