About the Role:
WGMI Labs is looking for dynamic Sales Representatives and High Ticket Closers who can jump on video calls with our leads and close deals, turning potential leads into long-term clients. As a Sales Representative at WGMI Labs, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by helping clients realize the potential of their software ideas and guiding them through the process of building and launching their MVPs.
You will be expected to take at least 20-25 sales calls per week.
Your client facing title will be a “Lead Development Advisor” at WGMI Labs.
Compensation:
Subscription Commissions:
- $50,000 Package: $10,000 Commission + $1,000/m recurring (up to 3 months) - Discount % Deducted
- $25,000 Package: $5,000 Commission + $500/m recurring (up to 3 months) - Discount % Deducted
- $10,000 Package: $2,000 Commission + $200/m recurring (up to 3 months) - Discount % Deducted
- $6,000 Package: $1,000 Commission + $100/m recurring (up to 3 months) - Discount % Deducted
One-Off Service Commissions:
- 10% Commission on all One-Off Services
- Development Recruitment: $500-$1,000
- Complete Designs & UI/UX: $1,200-$2,000 (15 Pages Max)
- Validate Idea, Market Research, Provide Report: $1,000
Payment Scheduling: You can adjust payment scheduling to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options to suite the clients needs.
Operations:
Weekly Report:
- Track Calls Taken, Qualified Leads, Follow-Up Calls
- Report on Success Rate, Follow-Up Sequences, and Main Client Objections
Expectations for the First 30 Days:
- Complete training materials
- Study our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Engage in Role Play Calls
- Begin taking Discovery Calls, Hire Dev Calls, and Roadmap Calls
- Show up 5 minutes early to each call
- You can offer discounts up to 10% monthly
- Use Notion CRM to manage leads and track progress
Ongoing Expectations:
- Take 15-25 calls per week (New Leads + Follow-Ups)
- Implement New Follow-Up Tactics and Testing Strategies
- Maintain a 20% Close Rate on Qualified Leads (Post 8 Weeks)
Your First 90 Days:
- Within 30 Days: Understand WGMI Labs’ product offerings, sales process, and client success stories. Start conducting discovery calls and build relationships with potential clients.
- Within 60 Days: Progress to closing your first deals, refining your pitch, and contributing to the optimization of the sales process.
- Within 90 Days: Achieve mastery of the sales process, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of WGMI Labs by closing high-value deals.

You’re driven by results, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You thrive in a high-energy, startup environment and are eager to contribute to the rapid growth of our company.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think strategically about how to approach each lead and tailor your pitch to their specific needs. You are resilient, handling objections with ease, and you have a relentless drive to close deals and deliver results.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on closing high-value deals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Software Development or Technical Knowledge (Pervious Development Agency Experience is a bonus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience conducting video sales calls and presentations
- Ability to manage multiple leads and clients simultaneously
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Passion for helping entrepreneurs and startups succeed
- Experience in the tech or software development industry (preferred)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
